Decorating the Nursery with Winnie the Pooh

We all know and love the story of Winnie the Pooh. The pretend world of a little boy with his toys and his favorite stuffed bear, Pooh. It's a charming way to decorate a baby's room.

When the folks at Disney brought Winnie the Pooh and company to life, they opened up a whole new decorating theme for the nursery. Certainly, there are plenty of plush, stuffed Pooh bears, along with all of his friends, Tigger, Roo, Rabbit, etc. And most babies end up getting at least one of these in their first few months.

So if you enjoy the world of Winnie the Pooh and want to bring that into your nursery decor, you have more options than just a few stuffed characters. You can add wall decals instead of wallpaper or paintings to create that delightful look.

Wall decals are simple and easy to use. No mess, no glue, no nails. They are vinyl clings that stick to any smooth surface. That makes them great for decorating more than walls, too. The front or side of dressers, closet doors, even smooth lamp shades can get into the act.

I do have some tips after all my experience with applying wall decals. Take a look at them at Winnie the Pooh Wall Decals. They will make things go smoother for you, too.

Decorating the baby's nursery is not tricky when you start with a theme like Winnie the Pooh. And Tigger, too!
