Yes, Winnie the Pooh is a popular theme for a nursery and that's for good reason. That is one of those characters who is so lovable. He makes a perfect theme for a baby's room. Well, Winnie and all his little friends.
We started off talking about nursery wall decals and how easy they are for decorating. Now, let's move to the crib and some of the extras around the crib in a Winnie the Pooh theme. Pretty soon, we're going to have whole nursery decor complete.
When I begin a new decorating project, I like to start with the largest pieces first. Those are typically the most expensive, but they are also the most visible in the decor. Winnie the Pooh crib bedding sets will probably be the biggest decorating expense you will have.
So choose a look and color scheme that you love. There are plenty of choices in lots of different color schemes. Even if your new baby is a girl, you aren't required to go with only pink choices. If you like pink, then you have options. Definitely pick colors that you are comfortable with. You want to feel good when you enter that nursery.
Crib bedding sets are my favorite because they usually come with several items besides the fitted crib sheet. Comforters that can be hung on the wall or draped over a rocking chair are included. Many also include dust ruffles for the bottom of the crib and diaper stackers to hang close by.
Add-ons that you can get if they aren't included in the set are things like crib bumpers, window valances and wall hangings. Of course, these aren't completely necessary to still be able to create a great Winnie the Pooh nursery theme, but they are available to you.
We will keep going with this series in the future and show you how to accessorize the nursery to complete the full decor look. Easy nursery decorating, that's the best way to go.
